Motivation

"Why," that is the question I am asked frequently. Simply my response is "Why not?" I love to hear the music flow through my body as I push myself to the limits during each workout. I come back ready to take on the challenges of the day. I feel better about myself and I am more motivated to eat healthy foods. I work out and do what I do, because it brings me happiness. It makes me feel young. These are just some of the reasons I reply "Why not?" Now I ask you "Why?"
